Fee Structure
Boyne Capital manages private funds and charges a management fee, generally 2% per year, based on a percentage of the aggregate capital of non-affiliated investors. The fee is initially calculated on committed capital and later on invested capital, less dispositions or write-offs. The management fee is assessed quarterly in advance. Boyne Capital also receives carried interest from the funds.
