Lansing Management manages investments for pooled investment vehicles and separately managed accounts. Fees for pooled investment vehicles consist of a management fee and a performance allocation. The management fee is generally 1.5% of the balance of each investor’s capital account, calculated at the beginning of each quarter. The performance allocation is generally 20% of the net capital appreciation allocated to an investor’s sub-capital account. Fees for separately managed accounts are negotiated with each client.
