Shorehill Capital is a private equity management firm that manages private investment funds. Shorehill Capital's services consist of identifying and evaluating investment opportunities, negotiating the terms of investments, managing and monitoring investments, and achieving dispositions for such investments. Shorehill Capital primarily invests in manufacturing, industrial service, and distribution companies.
Fee Structure
Shorehill Capital receives a management fee and carried interest for its services to its fund clients. The annual management fee is 2.0% of aggregate investor capital commitments, payable quarterly in advance. After a specified date, the management fee is reduced to 1.75-2.0% of aggregate investment contributions, as reduced by the aggregate amount of investment contributions with respect to the portion of each investment that has been disposed of or completely written-off for U.S. federal income tax purposes. The General Partner will receive a carried interest equal to 20% of all realized profits in excess of a preferred return of 8%.
