Fee Structure
Clear Skies Financial offers investment management services through a bundled fee program. The client pays one fee which includes Clear Skies Financial's management fee and the transaction costs associated with the transactions. Clients that have an aggressive allocation will have the opportunity to be in the portfolio management program and be subject to a performance based fee. Clients will always have the option to decide between the asset management and the portfolio management.
