Green Court Capital Management provides ongoing investment management to institutional clients through separate accounts and pooled investment vehicles (funds). The firm offers two primary investment strategies: Greater China Equity and China A-Share Strategy. Green Court may use a variety of investment analysis methods, including fundamental, technical, cyclical, and qualitative analysis.
Fee Structure
Green Court Capital Management manages investments for pooled investment funds and separate accounts. The fees for these services are individually negotiated and vary depending on the account. The fees include a monthly management fee calculated at an annual rate of between 0.55% and 1.50% based on the net assets. Certain funds also pay a performance-based fee/allocation calculated at an annual rate of between 20% and 30% of the net profits allocated to each investor’s capital account, subject to a high water mark.
