PSS also sources, conducts due diligence on, engages, and monitors investment managers of traditional assets and private credit mandates.
Fee Structure
PSS negotiates investment advisory and asset management fees individually with clients. Fees vary based on factors like account size, investment strategy, and client relationship. Clients may pay different fees. PSS is compensated through asset-based or performance-based fee schedules. Fees and expenses charged at the investment fund or product level are in addition to PSS's fees, unless a bundled fee structure is agreed upon.
