Wasserstein Debt Opportunities Management (WDO) provides investment advice to pooled investment funds and separately managed accounts, primarily serving institutions and high-net-worth families. WDO aims to achieve risk-adjusted returns by investing in undervalued or mispriced high-yield bonds and leveraged loans, mainly from U.S.-based, non-large-cap issuers. Fee Structure
WDO is compensated for its services based on a percentage of the client's net asset value, referred to as the Management Fee, and a performance-based allocation called the Incentive Allocation. Management fees typically range from 1.0% to 2.0% annually, while incentive allocation fees range from 10% to 20% of the net capital appreciation. These fees are negotiated separately with each client.
