Fee Structure
IvyRock Asset Management typically charges a management fee based on a percentage of the value of your portfolio, and a performance fee based on a percentage of net capital appreciation. These fees vary between different investment funds, but are generally up to 2.0% per year of the value of the portfolio and up to 25% performance fee. IvyRock is only entitled to performance fees if cumulative profits exceed either the previous highest level of cumulative profits or a market performance benchmark.
