Centiva Capital provides investment management services to private investment funds, not individual investors. Centiva manages assets according to the funds' governing documents, formulates investment objectives, and directs investment strategies. Centiva may use third-party investment managers. The investment objective is to achieve attractive risk-adjusted returns with low correlation to major markets.
Fee Structure
Centiva Capital manages investments for pooled investment vehicles (funds), not individual clients. Centiva receives compensation in the form of an Incentive Allocation, ranging between 0% and 33% of the amount by which the net asset value of such Units or Shares exceeds the prior high net asset value. The funds are responsible for their allocable portion of all fees, costs and expenses of Centiva, including compensation to portfolio management teams and third-party sub-investment managers. Certain series of Units and Shares are subject to a management fee, payable quarterly, in advance, and based on the capital account balance or net asset value of such Units/Shares, as applicable.
