TLS evaluates potential investments using fundamental and quantitative analyses to identify mispriced assets. The firm formulates investment objectives, directs the investment of client assets, and provides reports to investors. Investment advice is provided to each client (TLS Fund) and not individually to any fund investor.
Fee Structure
TLS Advisors manages pooled investment vehicles (TLS Funds) and charges a management fee based on a percentage of each investor's capital account balance. For the Inflation Defender Hedge Fund, the management fee is an annual rate of 0.95%. TLS may waive or reduce the management fee for certain investors, such as principals, partners, directors, officers, and employees of TLS or their affiliates.
