First Security Financial Wealth Manager (FSFWM) refers clients to third-party managers (TPM) who manage client accounts. FSFWM acts as a liaison between the client and the TPM, receiving referral fees. FSFWM also offers financial planning and consulting services, covering retirement, insurance, investment, budget, tax, major purchase, debt management, and cash flow analysis. FSFWM also holds seminars and workshops to educate the public on investments.
First Security Financial Wealth Manager (FSFWM) does not directly manage client assets. Instead, FSFWM refers clients to Gradient Investments, LLC (GI), a third-party manager. GI offers various actively managed portfolios, including Strategic, Tactical, Allocation & Defined Outcome, Preservation, and Private Wealth portfolios. The annual fee for these portfolios ranges from 1.00% to 2.00% of the assets managed, split between GI and FSFWM. For Client Directed Accounts, GI charges a flat fee of $300 annually.
