Trez Capital Fund Management (TCFMLP) provides investment management services to U.S. private fund clients, which are affiliated pooled investment vehicles. These funds invest in privately negotiated real estate and real estate-related investments. TCFMLP does not provide advice on investments other than real estate but may consider other strategies in the future. Investors in the U.S. private fund clients cannot impose individual restrictions on the management of the funds.
Fee Structure
Trez Capital Fund Management manages investments for U.S. private fund clients (pooled investment vehicles). They receive management fees and carried interest distributions. Management fees are up to 1.5% of each investor's net equity invested or 1.5% of each investor's percentage interest and the net asset value of the fund, charged quarterly. Carried interest distributions are up to 30% of each investor's profit from each portfolio investment, subject to certain conditions. These fees are generally not negotiable, but may be waived or reduced for employees, officers, consultants, and other affiliates.
