AALLC may use unaffiliated third-party investment advisors to assist in managing client portfolios or provide technology and administrative services. AALLC may also refer clients to third-party investment advisors, acting as a solicitor and not providing investment advice.
Fee Structure
AALLC's investment management fees are negotiated with each client and are based on a percentage of the value of your portfolio, not exceeding 1.30% annually. Fees may be billed in advance or after the service is provided, and are calculated using the portfolio's market value at the beginning or end of a calendar quarter. Fees are collected by debiting the client's investment account with written authorization. The amount you pay for advisory services may vary from client to client, and lower fees may be available from other sources.
