Cibolo Energy Partners manages investments for private funds and receives compensation from a percentage of assets under management or invested capital, as well as performance-based fees. The management fee for Fund I is 1.75% per year of each investor's commitment during the commitment period, and 1.75% per year of the cost basis of portfolio investments after the commitment period. The management fee for Fund II is 0.75% per year of each investor's commitment plus 1.0% per year of the investor's share of the cost basis of portfolio investments during the commitment period, and 1.75% per year of the cost basis of portfolio investments after the commitment period. Co-investment funds generally do not pay management or performance fees, but Cibolo reserves the right to charge such fees in the future.
