Transpose focuses on emerging private fund managers, seed and early-stage venture capital, and small buyout partnerships. The firm manages fund of funds, co-investment vehicles, special purpose vehicles, and venture capital syndicate funds, making direct investments into early and late-stage startup companies and venture capital partnerships. Transpose does not tailor its investment management to the individualized needs of any Fund investor.
Fee Structure
Transpose Platform Management provides investment advisory services to private funds, special purpose funds, co-investment vehicles and funds of one. Transpose is compensated through management fees based on a percentage of client committed capital or invested capital. Management fees for funds of one may be negotiable. In some situations, Transpose may also be entitled to performance allocations.
