Willow Tree Credit Partners LP (WTCP) and Willow Tree Management Company, LLC (WTMC) provide investment management services to advisory clients. WTCP manages separately managed accounts and pooled investment vehicles for institutional and sophisticated investors. WTMC manages pooled investment vehicles for similar investors. Willow Tree constructs portfolios primarily through direct lending to private companies.
Fee Structure
Willow Tree is compensated through management fees and performance-based compensation by the Funds. The annual management fee is payable by an investor and deducted from Fund assets in quarterly installments and is generally 1.0% to 1.5% of the investor’s invested capital, net invested capital, net asset value or gross asset value depending on the Fund.
