Investment Fiduciary Planners (IFP) uses third-party asset managers. The fees you pay depend on which manager is used:

  • Institute for Wealth Management (IWM): Total fee is 1.40% of your portfolio annually, with 1.00% going to IFP and 0.40% to IWM. IFP's portion is negotiable.
  • American Funds Distributors, Inc.: Total fee ranges from 1.32% to 1.95% of your portfolio annually, with 1.00% going to IFP and 0.32% to 0.95% to American Funds. IFP's portion is negotiable.
  • Community National Bank: IFP's fee is 0.75% - 1% on new assets only. IFP's fees are negotiable.
