Fee Structure
MarkerTree Capital charges a management fee plus a performance fee for its advisory services.
For co-investments and direct investments:
- Management fee ranges from 0.50% to 1.00% of committed capital per year, transitioning to a percentage of invested capital after the investment period ends.
- Performance fee is 10% of total capital gains.
For thematic public market investments:
- Management fee is 2.00% of assets under management.
- Performance fee is 20% of total capital gains.
Fees are negotiable, and MarkerTree may waive or reduce its management fees at its discretion.
