Fee Structure
Prana Capital Management manages investments for private funds and receives a quarterly management fee based on the investor's capital account balance. The management fee is either 1.5% or 1.9% annually, depending on the series the investor subscribes to. Prana also receives a performance fee equal to 20% of the net income allocated to the investor above a certain high water mark. Fees and compensation are negotiable in certain circumstances.
