Blue Torch focuses on debt assets of middle market companies, especially those needing solutions-oriented lending. Blue Torch or an affiliate may also act as collateral manager, servicer, or agent for CLOs and other structured vehicles.
Fee Structure
Blue Torch Capital manages investments for pooled investment vehicles, separately managed accounts, and special purpose investment vehicles. Fees for separately managed accounts are negotiated on a case-by-case basis and may include both asset-based and performance-based components. Investors in private funds pay management fees calculated as a percentage of their share of total assets under management. Blue Torch may negotiate fees with clients or investors and may waive fees for certain investors.
