Conegliano Ventures charges an annual management fee to the Fund, to be agreed upon by Conegliano and the Investor. Conegliano may charge an asset-based fee to Clients pursuant to an agreed-upon schedule. Conegliano may waive all or part of the management fee with respect to any Client. The General Partner will not be charged the Management Fee.
