Mandarinfish Management provides investment advice to entities that invest in private placements of securities through Mandarinfish Holding Corp. They may also provide advice to subsidiaries of Mandarinfish Holding. All investment decisions are made by the investors, not Mandarinfish Management.
Fee Structure
Mandarinfish Management is paid based on a percentage of the value of your portfolio and the performance of Mandarinfish Holding. Advisory fees payable by the original and largest investor in Mandarinfish Holding will be reduced based on compensation Mandarinfish Management receives from other investors. Fees are assessed and payable periodically, when Mandarinfish Holding pays dividends or other distributions, or in connection with other liquidity events for the investors in Mandarinfish Holding.
