DeepCurrents Investment Group (DCIG) provides investment advice to hedge fund clients and acts as a sub-advisor to a private investment fund. DCIG uses relative value arbitrage strategies and can invest in any type of financial instrument. DCIG's investment process includes idea sourcing, trade construction, and portfolio optimization. DCIG's services are subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the investment management agreement with each client.
Fee Structure
DeepCurrents Investment Group (DCIG) provides investment advisory services to hedge fund clients and receives a management fee calculated based on the net asset value of the investors’ capital accounts. The current management fee is 1.75% per year. DCIG also receives an annual pre-negotiated fixed management fee and an annual performance-based fee for investment services provided to the Sub-Advised Fund.
