Fee Structure
Maxim Capital Group manages investments for pooled investment vehicles and separately managed accounts.
For the Funds, Maxim Capital Group is entitled to an annual management fee of 1.5% of each investor’s contributed capital.
For separately managed accounts, investment management fees, advisory fees, and expenses are negotiated with the clients.
