Diametric Capital manages investments for private funds and sub-advisory accounts. Diametric aims to provide consistent returns with limited correlation to the stock market while preserving investor capital. Diametric invests in global equity securities and related instruments, both long and short. Investment strategies are tailored to each sub-advisory account's objectives. Diametric provides investment advice directly to the applicable Client and not individually to limited partners or shareholders of a particular Fund or limited partners, members or shareholders of the owner of a Sub-Advisory Account.
Fee Structure
Diametric Capital generally charges clients an asset-based management fee and/or a performance-based allocation or fee. The specific fees are set forth in the governing documents of each fund or sub-advisory account and are determined on a case-by-case basis.
