Fee Structure
BC Partners Advisors receives compensation for investment advisory services through management or advisory fees, or an equivalent profit share, from the investment vehicles it advises. These fees are established when the fund is created or the advisory relationship begins, and are paid quarterly. The firm may also receive a portion of the profits from certain clients as performance-based compensation. In certain circumstances, a client will pay servicing fees for administrative services.
