Reciprocal Venture Management provides investment management services to qualified investors through its private funds. Reciprocal does not tailor its advisory services to the individual needs of any particular investor. The firm's investment decisions are subject to each fund’s investment objectives and guidelines, as detailed in its offering documents.
Fee Structure
Reciprocal Venture Management manages private funds and charges a management fee. The annual management fee is 2.5% of the fund's committed capital until the earlier of the end of the sixth anniversary of the fund's initial contribution date or the first capital call for a successor fund. After that, the fee reduces by 10% per year, but not below 1.50%. The fee is payable quarterly in advance. The firm may waive or modify the management fee for certain investors.
