Diversified Investment Services (DIS) offers ongoing portfolio management based on individual client goals, objectives, time horizon, and risk tolerance. DIS creates a plan to aid in selecting a portfolio that matches each client's specific situation. DIS also offers financial planning services, which may include investment planning, life insurance, tax concerns, retirement planning, college planning, and debt/credit planning. DIS generally limits its investment advice to mutual funds, fixed income securities, real estate funds, insurance products including annuities, equities, ETFs, treasury inflation protected/inflation linked bonds, commodities and non-U.S. securities.
DIS offers ongoing portfolio management services. The annual fee is a percentage of your total assets under management. The exact percentage is negotiable and outlined in the Investment Advisory Contract. There is a minimum and maximum annual fee, but the specific amounts are not listed in this brochure. You can end the agreement within five business days for a full refund. After that, you can generally end the agreement with 15 days' written notice.
