Prodeo Asset Management's fees for separately managed accounts are negotiated with each client and are expected to be in the range of 0.25% to 1.00% annually. The firm may also receive performance-based incentive fees. Fees are calculated and owed at the end of the twelve-month period or upon termination of the account.
