Soundcore Capital Partners manages investments for private funds, focusing on control equity investments and buyouts in North American businesses. Soundcore identifies and evaluates investment opportunities, manages investments, and achieves dispositions. Soundcore does not tailor its advisory services to the individual needs of limited partners in its Funds; the Firm’s investment advice and authority for each Fund is tailored to the investment objectives of that Fund.
Fee Structure
Soundcore Capital Partners manages private equity funds and charges a management fee, generally 2% per year of capital. The management fee is calculated based on aggregate commitments from limited partners. Soundcore also receives supplemental fees and compensation with respect to portfolio companies, which are offset against the management fee.
