BVB&P provides investment advice and manages investment portfolios for high-net-worth individuals, trusts, and family offices. BVB&P offers both discretionary and non-discretionary management services. With discretionary management, BVB&P makes investment decisions independently based on the client's investment profile. With non-discretionary management, BVB&P provides investment advice, but the client makes all investment decisions. BVB&P does not offer services to non-U.S. clients.
Fee Structure
BVB&P's annual management fees are based on the amount of assets managed. The fees are calculated and invoiced quarterly, based on the end-of-quarter asset value. The minimum annual fee is CHF 15,000. Clients also pay other fees to third parties, such as custodial fees and brokerage commissions. BVB&P generally does not negotiate fees, but reserves the right to do so.
