The firm analyzes a client’s financial situation and makes recommendations, preparing a financial plan and furnishing advice as to the allocation of present financial resources among different types of assets. When services don’t involve the creation of a formal plan, they are considered consulting services. ClearBridge Financial does not manage assets.
