Sagewind Capital provides advisory services to private investment partnerships (Funds) and may also provide services directly to institutions, individuals, or other investors. Sagewind focuses on making long-term private equity investments in middle-market companies across various industries. Services include managing investments, sourcing opportunities, and negotiating investments. Sagewind or its personnel may serve on the board of a company in which Funds are invested.
Fee Structure
Sagewind Capital primarily advises private investment partnerships (Funds). In certain instances with respect to some individual client accounts, a management fee may be charged. Sagewind also receives fees from portfolio companies, which may offset management fees payable by certain clients. Sagewind or its affiliates may also be entitled to a performance-based carried interest fee from the Funds it manages based upon the profits generated upon the disposition of the investments of a Fund.
