Anzu Partners manages privately offered pooled investment funds and special purpose vehicles, offering direct private investment opportunities in specific deals. They do not tailor advisory services to individual investors in the funds.
Fee Structure
Anzu Partners manages investments for its Funds, charging a management fee. During the Fund’s capital deployment period, the fee is up to 2.5% annually, payable quarterly in advance, based on aggregate capital commitments or capital called from investors. This may be reduced to 2% at the end of the capital deployment period. Anzu Partners may also receive an incentive advisory fee or a performance-based distribution. For special purpose vehicles, Anzu Partners may receive an incentive fee. The terms are negotiated on a case-by-case basis.
