Fee Structure
Ninepoint Partners manages investments for pooled investment vehicles (Funds). These Funds pay a monthly management fee ranging from 0.85% to 1.45% per year based on the value of the Fund's assets. These fees are negotiable. Ninepoint may also receive a performance-based fee from certain Funds, ranging from 10% to 20% of the Fund's net profits each year. These fees are also negotiable.
