VWH Capital tailors its services to each fund and investors in the funds generally cannot obtain services tailored to their individual specific needs.
Fee Structure
VWH Capital manages investments for private funds, not individual investors. The firm is compensated based on a percentage of each investor's capital commitment during the fund's investment period, and the lesser of each investor’s share of the fund’s net asset value or capital commitment after the investment period. The management fee is payable quarterly in advance.
