Fee Structure
G Squared Equity Management (GSEM) manages investments for its Fund clients and receives a management fee and carried interest.
With Flagship Funds, the management fee is initially 2.0% annually of aggregate investor capital commitments. After the first fiscal quarter following the end of the fund’s commitment period, the annual management fee rate is generally 2.0% of the aggregate cost basis of portfolio securities held by the Flagship Fund.
With Opportunities Funds, GSEM receives a management fee equal to 1.0% per year of the total capital contributions made to such Funds.
