Waterwheel does not participate in wrap fee programs.
Waterwheel Capital Management manages investments for its private fund clients. Clients generally pay a management fee, calculated quarterly in advance, ranging from 0% to 2% of the client's net asset value at the beginning of each fiscal quarter. Waterwheel may deduct management fees directly from the client's account or invoice the client. Waterwheel may also receive performance-based compensation, known as carried interest, tied to the proceeds from the sale of an investment.
