Itero Capital provides investment advice through managing individual client accounts. Itero invests primarily in the stock of consumer-focused companies globally. Itero aims for long-term growth and positive returns in all market conditions. Itero identifies investment opportunities by researching and analyzing company financials to find discrepancies between market prices and estimated values. Clients cannot restrict investments in certain securities.
Fee Structure
Itero Capital charges a percentage of your portfolio each quarter, paid at the end of the quarter.
For most clients, the fee is up to 3% per year. For wealthier clients (over $2.1 million net worth or $1 million managed by Itero) and clients who are not US citizens, the fee is up to 2% per year, plus up to 20% of the increase in the value of your investments.
Both the management fee and the performance fee are negotiable.
