Fee Structure
Johkim Capital Partners Management LLC manages investments for private funds and charges a management fee based on a percentage of the fund's assets. The management fee ranges from 1.0% to 1.5% annually, paid quarterly in advance. There is also a performance-based allocation ranging from 15% to 17.5% subject to a high-water mark, and for some classes, a 5% annual hurdle.
