Lorient Capital provides investment advice to privately offered pooled investment vehicles (private equity funds). Lorient identifies and evaluates investment opportunities, negotiates terms, manages and monitors investments, and executes dispositions. Lorient invests in micro middle-market companies within the healthcare sector, primarily in the United States.
Fee Structure
Lorient Capital manages private equity funds and receives a quarterly management fee equal to 2.0% per year of each investor’s capital commitment or invested capital. This fee is paid in advance at the beginning of each calendar quarter. The management fee may be reduced or waived by Lorient. Lorient also receives a carried interest of up to 20% of the net profits attributable to each investor’s account.
