AREX Capital manages private pooled investment vehicles (funds) and separately managed accounts. The firm makes investment decisions based on the fund's investment objectives and guidelines. AREX Capital does not tailor its advisory services to the individual needs of any particular investor.
Fee Structure
AREX Capital manages investments for private funds and separately managed accounts. The annual investment management fee for the Master Fund is either 1.25% of the fund's net asset value (for Series A Interests) or 0.75% (for Series B and Series C Interests). The management fee is charged in advance each quarter. AREX Capital also manages other funds and co-investment vehicles and is paid an annual investment management fee for those products ranging between 0% and 0.5%.
