Brainvest Wealth Management offers portfolio management services tailored to individual client goals, objectives, time horizon, and risk tolerance. Brainvest creates an Investment Policy Statement for each client and is granted discretionary authority to select securities and execute transactions. Brainvest also offers consulting services to pension or other employee benefit plans.

Fees are generally negotiable. In some cases, Brainvest will charge a reduced management fee coupled with a performance-based fee. The performance fee is 15% of the positive difference between the assets under management at the end of a valuation day and the assets under management at the end of the previous valuation day increased by 100% of the relevant Secured Overnight Financing Rate (SOFR).
