Fee Structure
Shrewsbury River Capital (SRC) manages investments for private funds and charges an investment management fee of 1.5% per year based on the value of the fund's assets. This fee is charged quarterly in advance. SRC may also receive performance-based compensation based on a share of the fund's capital gains or appreciation. This performance-based fee is 20% per year for some funds and 10% per year for others.
