GCWM does not participate in wrap fee programs and does not have any regulatory assets under management.
Fee Structure
Gaughan & Connealy Wealth Management (GCWM) does not directly manage client investments. Instead, GCWM directs clients to third-party investment advisors, primarily Efficient Advisors, LLC (EA). GCWM is compensated through a fee share from these advisors.
The total annual fee, including both GCWM's and EA's fees, is as follows:
- First $1,000,000: 1.34%
- Next $1,000,000: 1.29%
- Next $2,000,000: 1.24%
- Next $6,000,000: 1.19%
- Over $10,000,000: 1.14%
GCWM's portion of the fee is 0.99% across all tiers, while EA's fee varies. Efficient Advisors, LLC withdraws the fees monthly in advance from the client's account and then pays GCWM its share.
