Fee Structure
Owls Nest Partners IA charges a fixed annual management fee of 1% of the account balance for separately managed accounts. They also charge a performance fee of 25% of the amount by which the client's return exceeds the return they would have received from investing in the Russell 2000 Total Return Index over five years. These performance fees are only charged to qualified clients.
