Coast Capital Management specializes in managing equity securities for private pooled investment vehicles (funds) and separately managed accounts. Coast Capital may also provide non-discretionary investment management services, offering research and analysis for specific securities, with the client making the final investment decisions. Coast Capital does not tailor its advisory services to the individual needs of any particular investor and will not consider an Investor’s financial circumstances or investment objectives outside of Coast’s area of active equity management.
Fee Structure
Coast Capital Management is compensated for its investment management services by charging a fee based on a percentage of the value of the assets managed. The firm also charges a fee based on the performance of the account. The specific manner in which fees are charged is established in a written agreement with Coast Capital. Fees and account minimums may be negotiable in certain circumstances.
