Climbing Rose Capital (CRC) is a registered investment advisor that provides investment advice and management services to the Fund. CRC aims to generate superior risk-adjusted returns for investors through patience, discipline, opportunism, and deep bottom-up research. The firm has broad and flexible investment authority, including long and short positions in equity securities, options, exchange-traded funds, and small and micro-capitalized equities. CRC acts as a fiduciary to the Fund, obligated to act in the Fund's best interests.
Fee Structure
Climbing Rose Capital manages investments for the Fund and receives a management fee of 1% per year, paid quarterly in advance, based on the beginning capital account balance. In addition, Limited Partners are subject to an annual performance profit allocation of 20% of the net capital appreciation, provided the net capital appreciation exceeds an annual rate of return of 3%.
