Fee Structure
Novacap does not directly manage investments for individual investors. Novacap advises private equity funds, and receives general partner distributions (management fees) and carried interest distributions. The management fees are calculated based on a percentage of committed capital during the commitment period and net invested capital thereafter. Novacap or its affiliates may receive additional compensation for services performed for portfolio companies of Funds.
