Auxo Investment Partners provides investment advice to privately pooled private equity funds. Auxo focuses on acquiring majority control positions in lower middle-market companies, typically in manufacturing, industrial, or business-to-business services. Auxo aims to grow these companies by developing their infrastructure and scaling operations. Auxo does not provide advisory services to individual investors in the Funds.
Fee Structure
Auxo Investment Partners advises private equity funds and does not directly manage investments for individual investors. The Michigan Opportunity Fund pays Auxo a management fee of 2% per year of aggregate capital commitments until the end of the investment period, and then 2% per year of the net invested capital. The AGH Fund and Single Holding Funds generally do not pay a management fee to Auxo.
